Rental Rates:
From £195 to £850 per week. (detailed prices)
Arrival and Departure
You may arrive any time after 4pm (Rosalia) and 5pm (St Anns) on Saturday and should leave by 10am on the day of departure. Sorry, all cottages are non smoking.
Facilities
There are duvets and pillows on all beds. Linen can be provided for an extra charge of £15. You should bring your own towels. There is also a £15 per week charge for heating between October - March. We do allow well-behaved dogs, however please note that no dogs are allowed at Caseys or Hollys Cottages. There are pianos available in Rosalia and St Anns cottages, which we can offer for a charge of £10 per week. We would ask that your pets are kept off of bedding and furniture and that they are not left in the cottages unattended. We can also provide baby cots on request. Guests should bring their own baby linen however.
Cleans
Our caretaker will ensure that the accommodation is clean and tidy on your arrival. The cottage should be left in the same state on your departure.
Method of Payment
If booked with more than 14 weeks notice, we ask for 1/3rd of the booking fee as deposit with the remainder due 14 weeks before the start of the holiday. If booked 14 weeks or less before the start of the holiday then the full sum is due at the time of the booking.
On receipt of the final payment, we will send you directions to your choice of holiday cottage, along with further information on nearby facilities and the check in proceedure. Two weeks before your holiday we will send you the keys to the property, which we would ask you to return to us after the holiday.
Security Bond
We also ask for a security bond of between £50-100 (depending on the cottage), which is payable with the final balance. This will be totally refunded on condition that there is no damage, breakages or spillages occur. We aim to provide high quality clean accommodation and with the co-operation of our guests we will be able to maintain this standard.
Cancellation
In the event that you have to cancel your holiday, we will endeavour to re-book the accommodation. In the event that we are able to re-book the weeks at full price, we will fully refund the booking fee paid. In the event that the week is re-sold with a late availability discount applied, then we would withhold the amount of the discount from the refunded amount. Please note that non-payment of the remainder by the due date, will be treated as a cancelled booking and the week in question will be re-advertised. Guests are advised to arrange their own holiday insurance.
