Our Torquay holiday cottage, St Anns is situated in the exclusive and charming St Marychurch/Babbacombe area of Torquay.
The closest beach is Oddicombe, a 14 year consecutive winner of the Blue Flag Award and designated Euro Beach. If you choose to take the Cliff Railway, Oddicombe is a 15 minute walk or if you prefer the path Oddicombe and adjoining Babbacombe are a 20 minute walk. Other beaches at circa 15 minutes are Watcombe and Whitsand.
The main shopping area of Torquay is just 1.5 miles away.
The accommodation which sleeps 6 comprises:
Bedroom 1: Double Bed, large mahogany wardrobe, mahogany bed side tables and headboard, mahogany chest of drawers, reading lamps, pedestal wash basin, cot, rocking chair, cherry wood laminate floor
Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds, mahogany wardrobe, mahogany dressing table, pedestal wash basin, large rug, wooden floor
Bedroom 3: Pine Bunk beds, pine chest of drawers, wooden floor
Kitchen: Fully fitted and equipped kitchen including gas cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, oak wood laminate floor
Living Room: 3-piece suite, coffee table, colour TV, DVD player, standard lamp, wooden floor, with large fireside rug
Bathroom: Bath, electric shower, pedestal wash basin, mirror, laundry basket (Separate Toilet)
Patio/Garden: Garden tables and 6 chairs, rotary dryer. There is also a barbeque available to enable you to enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens. Their are two patio areas which catch the sun at different times of day.
Heating: Gas central heating
Although the cottage sleeps up to 6 people in the bedrooms upstairs, there is also a self-inflatable single air-bed available as well, which could provide sleeping space for 1 more person.
Security Bond We also ask for a security bond of £100. This will be totally refunded (by cheque and no later than one week after the end of the holiday) on condition that there is no damage, breakages or spillages occur and that the keys are returned.

Our
cottage,
St Anns is a detached, walled cottage-style house of charming character in
beautiful St Marychurch, Babbacombe. Our spacious holiday cottage sleeps
6 in three bedrooms, (one double, one twin and one room with bunk beds).
The house also boasts a private drive (parking available for 2 cars) and sun trap landscaped gardens. To the rear, the
cottage has views over the Petit Tor Downs, Torquay Golf Course and Watcombe.
Our
cottage is an ideal base for exploring the area, as it is close to popular
attractions, including Babbacombe Model Village which is a short stroll
away. As the cottage is also close to Dartmoor, it is also a perfect
base for a walking holiday. When not on the beach or out visiting the
sites, you can also visit St Marychurch's delightful and charming collection
of shops. There are also several restaurants including the French
restaurant, Edward's Brasserie in Wellswood, which is within a short drive
away. The food is excellent and well recommended, but not cheap.
